Domestic Shipping 



Shipping processing time


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 4 p.m. central standard time are not shipped until the following business day. All orders are shipped through USPS.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, such as holidays, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay with processing, i.e. more than 5 business days, we will contact you via e-mail.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Utilistrap offers free shipping for purchases $20.00 and up ordered through our website. Purchases under $20.00 will be charged for shipping. Shipping and Handling for all Utilistrap products are between 3-5 business days. If you would like to order in bulk (i.e. more than 50 straps), please contact us. 

Delivery Delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays, when we experience higher than normal order volume. However, if you order from us, and do not receive your order then please contact us so we can investigate. Please be sure to include your tracking number and your order number so we can accurately locate your order. 




Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses


Utilistrap ships to addresses within the U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Utilistrap does not offer order tracking on items purchased on our website. If you would like to add order tracking to your order, you may contact us for pricing and to place your order.



Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of you the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.


International Shipping Policy currently does not sell or ship products outside of the United States.
